The 10th anniversary of 9/11 is coming up soon (shush, I know you forgot,) making what I’m about to share with you even more delectable than ever. Oh, internet! You know what’s amazing? This is amazing:

French artist Jean-Sebastien Raud – check out the crazy urls on his site! – has really done … something, this time. I mean, I know I’ve never envisioned such an exquisite representation of nudes and 9/11 – until now. Wow!
Sadly, the 9/11 Memorial Foundation disagrees, and recently rejected the Monsieur Raud’s offer of one of the 12 castings as a gift to their collection. Booo! He’s still in their registry, though!
Freshman Art History students, take note:
- heavy notes of the Statue of Liberty (A gift from the French)

- 9/11 commercialization & memorabilia
