A trio of friends went over to Utah State University’s campus just before Valentine’s Day, and pranking the women on campus with an upside down Spider-Man to get them to kiss Spidey, mimicking the infamous kiss scene from the first Spider-Man movie that starred Toby Maquire.
The women interviewed would be asked if they would take the opportunity to kiss Spider-Man upside down if given the chance, many of which answered “yes”. The yes answers, however, didn’t all stay the same after Spider-Man popped in by surprise.
As you can see, many of the girls that took the group’s survey prank instead turned down poor Spider-Man. One even said that she preferred Batman instead (ouch). All was not lost, as there were girls who did kiss Spider-Man, as well as a dog.
